A beautiful example of Positive Psychology in practice
— Emiliya Zhivotovskaya, Founder of the Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) and Founder of The Flourishing Center
Bravo! Well done.
— Louis Alloro, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, Organizational Learning Expert and Executive Coach
The Mindful Stepping™ card deck is a great tool for anyone who wants to reflect and breathe a bit more deeply on a daily basis. I distributed the Mindful Stepping cards as part of a 3-day workshop where I was teaching the principles of positive psychology. The cards were a huge hit! Not only did participants use the cards at every break (taking a walk, reflecting on the content listed on the card), but several ordered them for their colleagues and clients. They are simple, straightforward, and visually appealing, as well as a great value!
— Kathleen Stinnett, MCC, Author of "The Extraordinary Coach"
I love the idea of the Mindful Stepping™ Cards. I walk almost everyday and when I pull a card before a walk, it helps me think about life through a positive and meaningful lens.
— Susan Chritton, Executive Career Coach & Master Personal Brand Strategist, Author of "Personal Branding For Dummies"
I absolutely LOVE Mindful Stepping™ and have been taking the deck wherever I go! I love the guided reflection time, so innovative!
— Lucy Horton, Singer-Songwriter
“The Mindful Stepping™ cards have been our most successful promotional offering to date! Our clients love receiving something that improves their personal quality of life and paired with our Visit Bellevue Washington socks it makes the perfect gift to remind people that Bellevue is a great place to be. Thank you Ilene for creating such a fabulous experience for our clients!
— Stacy Graven, Executive Director Meydenbauer Center and Visit Bellevue Washington
Having a bit of a setback and waiting for hip surgery, I use the cards in my current non-walking situation as wonderful prompts for postive thoughts while “waiting” - waiting in a million (seems like) doctors’ offices, waiting for service people to arrive between noon and 4, waiting at airports, waiting to meet someone for lunch, waiting waiting - time to open the deck and think of something positive and thought provoking and often funny as well.”
— Connie Hucko, Creative Mindful Stepping™ User
